HiPo Coaching Methodology
The High-Potential (HiPo) coaching approach combines personalised, goal-driven sessions with real-world leadership challenges. It begins with a discovery phase—clarifying strengths, development areas, and leadership aspirations—often supported by assessments like CliftonStrengths® or 360° feedback. Coaching is then structured around key growth themes: strategic thinking, influence, presence, and decision-making. Each session builds insight and action, using coaching models, behavioural tools (like NLP), and reflective exercises. The result is accelerated, sustainable growth aligned to the individual’s future leadership path and organisational goals.
From Potential to Power.
The Coaching Process – What to Expect
The coaching journey begins with a Discovery Session, where we explore leadership aspirations, assess strengths and blind spots, and define goals. From there, coaching sessions are scheduled bi-weekly or monthly, depending on the program (3 or 6 months). Between sessions, participants complete reflective exercises and apply insights to current leadership challenges. Progress is tracked throughout, and many clients also include a mid-point review and a final impact summary to measure growth and next steps.
