Your partner on the path to professional and personal excellence – and it's great to meet you. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), a trained facilitator, strengths coach and have certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help you dive deep into the way you think and act.
Armed with two decades of professional experience in dynamic, international corporate environments, I specialise in global leadership development. My journey from executive search to leadership positions equips me with a unique insight into managing team dynamics and fostering collaboration. Working with senior leaders, I spearhead the creation of vibrant cultures, supporting the transformation from a group to a team, fostering mutual engagement for a shared vision, task accomplishment, leadership development, and contribution to the larger organization.

my journey so far
1996
Fresh out of university, armed with my 2:1 in Behavioural Science, I swapped Kent's quaint charm for London's frenetic pulse, diving headfirst into the high-octane world of recruitment at Michael Page. There, I matched Aussie and Kiwi accountants with the big guns of banking – at the likes of Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. My sales pitches became as sharp as a Savile Row suit! Three years and countless deals later, Morgan McKinley poached me to supercharge their financial services desk. But before I knew it, Singapore was calling, and who was I to say no to adventure?
2000
With only a suitcase and a ton of enthusiasm, I relocated to Singapore to join award-winning search firm, Robert Walters. For 13 years, I climbed that career ladder, from Consultant to Managing Director of Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam, with a 140-strong multi-cultural team. Amidst the spreadsheets and strategy sessions, I was also promoted to the role of Mum, welcoming my two sons, Jack and George, to the family ensemble—adding a dash of chaos and a whole lot of love to my multitasking dossier.
2013
In a plot twist led by my husband's career trajectory, we all moved to Germany (Heidelberg and Wiesbaden), where I became chief commander of the Ross Family household. We all enjoyed European adventures, and my sons learned how to ice skate. This special chapter fine-tuned my strategic prowess in logistics and time management and kindled the flames of entrepreneurship, sowing the seeds for what would soon become my business escapade.
2016
It was time to head back to the land of humidity and hawker centres - Singapore. Here, I heard the business siren call and started The Career Establishment - a venture sparked by clients asking me for training support. With a dash of upskilling in facilitation and workshop wizardry, I set out to empower teams and leaders across Asia with the skills they needed to succeed. Nothing quite says 'adventure' like turning a corporate workshop into an electric session of aha-moments and teamwork triumphs!
2019
Since my days leading (and thriving!) in corporate recruitment and training, I had unofficially played a dual role as an unofficial leadership coach. This sparked my curiosity - could I be good at this? I dived headfirst into the world of coaching, equipping myself with shiny new tools from the IECL (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership). After what felt like a learning marathon (minus the sweatbands), I emerged as an Associate Certified Coach, proudly wearing my ICF (Institute of Coaching Federation) badge. With hundreds of coaching hours clocked, I've had the joy of guiding a vibrant kaleidoscope of corporate souls from every corner of the globe.
2024
and beyond
Spanning our world's vast (and sometimes virtual) plains, my office knows no borders, whether you're nestled in the busy streets of Europe or perched on a digital cloud. My mission? To spark a beacon of empowerment and sprinkle a little zest into the professional lives of an ever-growing, beloved clientele - with a side of good humour, of course!
